My pension application from overseas

If you live outside of France and you have had a salaried job in France and/or overseas, you can submit a pension application to Carsat Hauts-de-France if:

- You live in Belgium or the Netherlands.
- You live in another country that isn’t Belgium or the Netherlands and

  • Carsat Hauts-de-France dealt with your pension before 2008, and you now want to apply for another entitlement (survivor’s pension, means-tested supplementary pension, supplementary invalidity allowance, flat-rate supplement for dependent child, etc.)*.

or

  • you had already submitted a first pension application to Carsat Hauts-de-France which was refused


In 2020, 6.6% of insureds were living overseas and affiliated to Carsat Hauts-de-France.

 

Since 2018, the National Pension Fund has conferred on Carsat Hauts-de-France the role of reference branch for Belgium and the Netherlands.

Thus, to facilitate your retirement, Carsat Hauts-de-France is responsible for the collaborations with the Belgian and Dutch bodies.
